1What is AvatarTrader?

AvatarTrader is a platform that enables gamers to simply and safely trade their game accounts.

2Why is it safe?

We take extra steps to verify every game account added. We also verify accounts at the point of trade to make sure they are still valid and active.

3Why trade instead of sell my account?

While there are plenty of sites that allow to you buy and sell your accounts, we're a community of gamers that challenge each other to re-engage with the games we love. For us that means the privilege of playing a character at a certain level is earned .. not bought.

4Can I sell my account?

No. We only allow game characters that are of equivalent value to be traded on the platform.


1Will my account information remain anonymous?

Yes. We never divulge your personal or account information to anyone. Once a trade offer is accepted and payment is complete, your game account details are exchanged but your personal information is always kept confidential.

2 Do I own the account for forever?

Yes. Once a trade completes, you relinquish ownership of your old account and become the owner of the new account.

3 When will my credit card be charged?

We only charge your card after a trade offer has been accepted and both game accounts have been verified.

4Can I pay with PayPal?

No. Currently we only accept credit card payments.

5Can I get my account back after trading it?

No. By accepting a trade, you are agreeing to relinquish ownership of your current game account in exchange for ownership of the traded game account.

6What if someone else is advertising my account?

If you believe your account is being advertised by someone else, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.

7Does a trade include my alts as well?
Yes. When you make a trade, you are trading your game account. That includes your main character as well as any alts you've created.
8How much does a trade cost?

We charge you $50 to execute the trade.

9Can I get a refund?

All trades are final.
